I no longer own this bike, but i have left the page for info.
It was registered at Peter Collin Motorcycles in Bolton on the 10/9/1979.
This bike had only 280 miles on the clock when I bought it in August 2000.
The bike was in original condition although the damp had taken its toll on
the chrome & zinc plating. The forks sliders had suffered badly & were
very heavily pitted as was the lower edge of the petrol tank.
The parts were
not as difficult to find as they were for the DT, but I did find there are lots
of differences between the years that it was manufactured.
The bike has now
undergone a full restoration. including powder coating the frame and many other
parts, respoking the wheels, which I attempted myself for the first time.
